Class Rooms
The college has sufficient number of neat & well, ventilated and fully furnished classrooms and tutorial rooms for instruction. The seating arrangement is designed in a systematic way so that the organization of the seats helps the students to feel more organized. The class rooms are comfortable and conducive to student learning.
Principal Room and Staff Room
The college has well furnished and disciplined Principal Room and Staff Room for Principal and Staff. The seating arrangement is designed to feel more organized and are comfortable.
Seminar Hall
College has Seminar Hall equipped with modern audio visual equipment. It is an ideal place for holding seminar, training programmes, co-curricular activities etc.
Library
The library is the backbone of our college academic environment," The library has been the
most integral part of the college from its existence. Utmost importance is accorded to the
Library in order to facilitate academic-oriented staff and students to update their knowledge.
The library is constantly enriched and new material is added to keep abreast with latest
changes and advancements in the field of education. For the convenience of the readers,
photocopying facility has also been provided in library premises.
The college library has a rich collection of books and Journals, which includes reference
books in Education; Incidentally the Library provides reading facility for both the staff and
students. The college library has subscribed many International Journals and many
periodicals including magazines, journals and newspapers for students & staff - both
academic and general which not only help them with technical assistance but also refresh
their mind.
The college has a very spacious well equipped library manned by well experienced and duly qualified librarians.
ICT and ET Laboratory
The college has well equipped Computer Lab with systems with latest configuration and provided with High speed Internet as per the requirements. Further the technical specifications are upgraded continuously for effective training to the students. The laboratory is also equipped with scanning and printing facilities. The college also has Overhead Projectors, Audio Equipment, DVD Player and Television digital camera educational models, charts and CD’s and such other equipment's which are often used in the teaching-learning process.
Language Lab
The College has up-to-date language lab. The purpose of a language lab is to involve students to actively participate in language learning exercises and get more practice than otherwise possible in a traditional classroom environment. Text, images, audio and video can easily are integrated; teachers can alter materials to fit their requirements Learners can record their own voice and play back the recordings, interact with each other and the teacher, and store results.
Psychology Resource Centre
The College has a separate Psychology Resource Centre with apparatus for simple experiments related to educational psychology. The Resource Centre has sufficient psychological apparatus, tests, transparencies and CDs’ which are related to various aspects of human development and teaching learning process for conducting psychology experiments included in the B.Ed. Syllabus.
Curriculum Laboratory (Science, Mathematics and Social)
The College has a well equipped Teaching Learning Resource Centre for Science and mathematics. It has various sets of science apparatus required to perform and demonstrate the experiments prescribed in the syllabus for secondary/senior secondary classes. Different materials and Chemicals are provided in the required quantity to perform necessary activities smoothly and effectively. Students learn & explore mathematical concepts & verity mathematical facts & theories through a variety of activities using different materials. The lab also has resources for geography subject such as globes and maps. These activities may be carried out by teacher or students themselves. Models and charts are prepared by the students.
Sports and Games
The College has games facilities with a playground. The College has facilities for yoga, small court and indoor games. The students can avail of indoor games like chess, carom-board & outdoor games like badminton, volley ball and cricket.
Curricular Activities and Extra Curricular Activities
The college conducts half yearly & pre-final examinations to the students on the lines of Public Examination to give adequate practice in answering the examination questions.
Literary activities like elocution, seminars, debate, easy writing competitions were organized. Competitions on Mehendi design, flower arrangement, salad arrangement were organized. Indoor games like chess, carom boards competition arm wrestling is organized. Educational tour is conducted year after year to expose the students to outside. We also conduct cultural activities, college annual day, Teachers Day etc.
